Panic Disorder is generally related to having panic attacks. Panic attacks are something that every person will likely have once or twice during their lives. Whether it’s related to health (which brings up a whole different spectrum of anxiety such as hypochondria) or related to an immediate perceived threat, panic attacks happen.
