Rick Shinto, M.D has an extensive managerial and clinical experience in the healthcare field. Earlier in his career, he has managed the MMM Healthcare Plan as its CEO, the Aveta, Inc., MedPartners, Medical Pathways Management Company, and Cal Optima Health Plan. A bold new corporate move by Dr. Shinto involved reforming InnovaCare’s payment system. Today, Penelope Kokkinides is the chief administrative officer at InnovaCare Health, though this isn’t her first position with the company. Previously, Penelope served as the chief operating officer and also served as the vice president in charge of clinical operations. Including her time with InnovaCare, Ms. Kokkinides has more than two decades of service in the healthcare industry.
