Keith from Dynamics Search Partners announced this award after he partnered with Uncommon Schools, which is a non-profit charter management institution in New York. However, this scholarship is only available for one student per a year.
The senior graduating is required to write an essay of 1,000 words explaining how a college degree would help them to achieve their goals in the professional sector to get this award. The competition ended on 29th February, and the results were announced at the end of March 2016. The grand prize is $5,000 that will be put into their college tuition fee. The objective of this award is to ensure that the students not only join the university but also get the chance to finish their four years and graduate from college.
