Tammy Mazzocco began her successful real estate career as a secretary to a commercial real estate company. She continued with several other firms in similar roles and finally decided to get into the sales end of the business due to the economic possibilities. She has never regretted that decision and is one of the more successful realtors in the Central Ohio area.

Tammy works out of Pickerington, Ohio, just southwest of Columbus. Pickerington is a small town of about 20,000 people, but the four counties surrounding hold close to another two million people. Tammy is kept busy servicing all of the real estate needs in that area as many people are looking for a more relaxed lifestyle in a country setting.

Tammy Mazzocco has a very strong work ethic and is not afraid to put in the time. She is a student of quality time and how time is spent to create more productivity. Most of her time is spent showing houses to qualified buyers, as that is where most people make the decision as to whether or not they want to buy a particular piece of property. She either starts early in the day to get office duties completed or delegates it so the bulk of her time is spent with people who are ready to buy a house.

Tammy is a goal setter, and she says that it is what keeps her focused and on track. When she sets goals, she then breaks them down into smaller, more manageable action steps, so they are more easily accomplished. Many people set lofty goals, but then give up on making them happen because they are too big.

Tammy learned early in her career not to take herself too seriously and to never fear failure because failure is just a temporary state that will go away with hard work and effort.

Tammy takes seriously her clients time and investment in the new home they are about to purchase. She focuses entirely on her clients’ needs and wants and helps them to make things happen. When people see her sincerity and effort to get them into their new home, they respond in a positive manner. People are vulnerable when buying a new house. They are operating out of their comfort zone and just about to make the biggest financial decision of their lives.
